Trace a Relative

Due to an unprecedented volume of research orders received we now have a considerable backlog of orders waiting to be processed. This has resulted in an 8 month delay from receipt of order to dispatch. We consider this to be unacceptable and, to avoid disappointment and frustration, we have decided to suspend our Trace a Relative service until the backlog has been dealt with.

We apologise for any inconvenience but hope that our visitors will understand the situation.
